9 Days in Cape Town

We are living in a retirement village in Cape Town, visiting Jeannie’s brother and his partner. It is not a bad life at all. There is a small gym, indoor heated pool, coffee shop, a dining room where we can get meals and a view of the mountains! Plus, we’re in a beautiful garden setting and in a very comfortable hospitality suite. All in the retirement village!
We are a short walk away from a shopping centre where we have sussed out a very good coffee shop. Life is good.
We’ve been to Stellenbosch

Simon’s Town

The Fossil Park

And Kirstenbosch Gardens

Plus lunch stop… yes, we spend a lot of time eating.

It has been wonderful to spend time with family and they have been very kind and generous. It will be sad to leave.
Until next time…

Aww! So sweet to see Jeannie with her brother 💕 Geez I could easily get used to that lifestyle! Sounds like a pretty good retirement village to me.
